Westchester administers civil service for 121 agencies

The Westchester County Department of Human Resources administers civil service for 121 local jurisdictions, which include cities, towns, villages, school districts, libraries, housing districts and special districts. To see a list of local agencies, click on the jurisdiction type in the menu to the right. Where available, links to Web sites have been provided. 

The cities of Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, White Plains and Yonkers are separate civil service agencies, and administer civil service independent of Westchester County.
